DISABILITY AND ACCESSIBILITY

ORSYS is committed to providing access to information and training for all. ORSYS is working to make all information and training centers accessible to people with disabilities. This thinking is part of the company's culture and approach.

Welcoming people with disabilities into training

ORSYS pays particular attention to welcoming people with disabilities and offers a variety of arrangements depending on their situation and training location:

  • appropriate signage in accordance with the law
  • providing assistance to a participant with a disability upon their arrival at the training site
  • accompaniment to and from the lunch location, depending on the participant's needs
  • access to restrooms that meet the standards for people with reduced mobility
  • one week before the training, the necessary information (nature of the disability and special arrangements to be made) is sent to the trainers involved.
  • special layout for the training environment and installation of adapted, specific equipment.

Our centers have access for people with reduced mobility and our teams are responsible for accompanying participants with any type of disability throughout their training.

Participants and their supervisors are welcomed throughout the course and ORSYS uses their feedback to continuously improve the training experience for our different audiences.

Finally, welcoming people with disabilities for training also applies to all ORSYS employees and partners, who can benefit from support and, above all, adapted work equipment (ergonomic keyboard and mouse, dual screen, specialized software, etc.).
